We have created an Amazon AMI (Amazon Machine Image) to allow for quick and easy installs of Ghost. This means rather than having a blank Linux image that you then have to install node.js, npm, Ghost, etc. on, it will already be all setup and running once Amazon creates your instance.
This is our very first version of this, so we will be making many upgrades to it in the future (specific www user, better logging, etc) but this should get the job done for now (you can always make those changes yourself if you want). If you would rather install Ghost from scratch instead of using our AMI, check out this article. Now on to the install!

I’ve had a Raspberry Pi lying around the house for a few months now. Every once in a while I’ll take it out and tinker around with it. When BitTorrent released the BitTorrent Sync Alpha a few weeks back, I decided to see what kind of options I had for using the program with my Raspberry Pi.
BitTorrent Sync is awesome. If you don’t know about it, you can read all about it here. In a nutshell, it allows you to sync folders between machines using P2P. No cloud necessary. I’ve been using it for syncing several gigabytes of RAW photos and video across my various machines. There is the occasional scenario however, where I’ve wanted to grab a few files, but my other machine is turned off. To solve this problem, I’m using a Raspberry Pi as a low power, always-on device with Sync installed. Just for kicks, I’m also using Owncloud (open source) to provide me with a web interface for accessing my files from any computer, including my mobile phone.
SelfCloud is a new concept of personal clouding application that lets you operate your own clouding system in your PC, smart phone and tablets. By SelfCloud, you can have your own datacenter in your PC or mobile phone. You can access your own data stored in your own physical cloud from any device, and can share it with the others.
Everyone loves the Google CDN right? Even Microsoft runs their own CDN.
The problem is, they only host the most popular libraries.
We host the other stuff.
Wordle is a toy for generating “word clouds” from text that you provide. The clouds give greater prominence to words that appear more frequently in the source text. You can tweak your clouds with different fonts, layouts, and color schemes. The images you create with Wordle are yours to use however you like. You can print them out, or save them to the Wordle gallery to share with your friends.
